Gerbings Heated Jacket Liner

Warmth underneath your regular clothing. Gerbings liners are designed to fit under your regular clothing. For flexwing/ paramotor pilots, liners are ideal under those Ozee suit

Power Distribution Unit eliminates dangling cords

Dual 2 wiring configuration (for one user only)

Gerbing's Power Distribution Unit (PDU) both simplifies plug connection and eliminates any dangling cords. The PDU is a soft rubberized plastic component sewn mounted onto the inside lining of the heated garment, in this example, a heated jacket liner. The PDU houses the main power plug that distributes power to the GHC High Density Heat panels strategically placed throughout the garment.

The first plug coming out of the Jacket PDU is the power cord, which connects to your On/Off switch or Temp Controller. The On/Off switch or Temp Controller then connects to your power source.

The third port for this Jacket PDU is for accessories. This port will power your pants or insoles. If you are wearing Gerbing's pants without a jacket, then connect the pants cord directly to a Gerbing's on/off switch or Temp controller.

The middle plug of the Jacket PDU will power your gloves separately from your jacket. The gloves connect to the plugs at the jacket sleeves. Or, if the gloves are worn without a jacket, connect to the provided connecting harness.

The Pants PDU has only a single port, for connecting insoles.

Gerbing's Chest Size: Your Gerbing's Chest Size is different from your actual Chest Measurement. Measure your chest around the fullest area of the chest, holding tape firm and level. Hold arms out, place tape, drop arms and record measurement. Reference chart below to determine your Gerbing's Chest Size from your actual chest measurement.

If your stomach is larger than your chest, use the larger measurement.
