Privacy Policy:
Powered Adventure operates a privacy policy in respect of customers and prospective customers personal details.
Information required for completion of a transaction is:
Customer Name and Address
Contact Phone number(s) and e-mail address
Delivery Address (if different)
Details concerning payment ie credit card, cheque.

Guarantees:
All manufacturers normal guarantees apply.

Supply of Goods:
It may be, that due to circumstances beyond our control, Powered Adventure are not able to guarantee the supply of goods. The acknowledgment generated to a customer at the time an order is placed is confirmation only of the details given by the customer and is not an acceptance of the order. Prices may change at any time or goods may not currently be available. Should this be the case Powered Adventure will contact the customer by e-mail, fax or telephone within 5 working days to appraise them of the situation and give them the option to cancel.

Order Acknowledgement:
An order placed on the website will be acknowledged as received through an 'Order Acknowledgement' sent to your e-mail address. The order becomes confirmed at the point of despatch. If there are any problems with your order, then you will be contacted directly.

Quality of Goods/Fitness for Purpose:
Powered Adventure makes every effort to ensure that products advertised on the site are of a high quality. In the event that goods received are found not to be of merchantable quality or fit for the purpose described by the manufacturers they may be returned and a replacement (if requested and available) will be sent otherwise we will refund your monies in full. All the details, dimensions and usage of the products shown on the web site have been supplied to Powered Adventure by the manufacturers/suppliers.

Returns Procedures and refunds:
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 a customer is entitled to cancel and/or arrange return of the goods ordered up to and within 7 days after receipt of said goods subject to certain conditions.
This does not include goods that have been specifically made or altered to suit the customers own requirements.
This does not include books which could have been read prior to return whether they have been or not. (Certain books are shrink wrapped and so do not fall into this category)

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing within the specified time limit. Powered Adventure will accept this notice by fax or e-mail. A telephone message does not qualify as a proper notice.

It is the customers own responsibility to ensure the goods safe keeping and retention of quality and if goods are returned that are not faulty or wrongly despatched but simply returned as not required, then it is the customers responsibility to arrange this at the customers own expense.
Powered Adventure is entitled to levy a return charge to cover the administration and re-packaging of said items at a cost of 30% + VAT of the retail price.

Where goods become faulty within the manufacturers period of guarantee, and the fault is not due to mishandling by the user, action will be taken to repair or replace the item in accordance with that manufacturers warranty. Goods to be returned after the 7 day period above or those that are not faulty, can only be done so with the agreement of Powered Adventure who reserve the right, in all cases, to make a restocking charge of 30% + VAT. This in no way affects your statutory rights

Delivery Times:
Powered Adventure offers next day delivery on all Stock items for UK addresses.
Standard Recorded Delivery via the Post Office for items that weigh under 1.5KG when packed
Next Day Courier for items over 1.5KG

Guaranteed Delivery:
All orders received before 2pm GMT between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) where the item is in stock will be despatched either by Recorded Delivery or by Next Day Courier service. Occasionally the suppliers carriers may, due to circumstances beyond their control, fail to honour the delivery requirements placed upon them and as such Powered Adventure can accept no liability for any problem or inconvenience this may cause.
VAT:
All our store prices are VAT inclusive. A VAT invoice will be forwarded to you with your delivery. When you enter the cashier section of the site you will be presented with an order confirmation that breaks down the gross amount into separate net and vat amounts. This is for the benefit of our VAT registered business clients to allow them to budget easily for VAT claims.

Delivery Methods & Charges:
All Destinations.
Powered Adventure only charge per order and not per product ordered. At the time of Checkout the appropriate delivery options will be presented along with their costs for you to select the most appropriate for your circumstances. Details of these charges can be found in the delivery section of the website. These options may change as different services are sourced at the most effective price for our customers.
Powered Adventure delivery WorldWide. All charges will be made clear BEFORE asking you to finally confirm the payment of your items. If your country of origin is not listed please contact Powered Adventure to see if we can arrange delivery to your destination.

Loss or damage:
If goods are found to have been damaged in transit then they may be returned and a replacement, if requested and if available, will be despatched. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. Powered Adventure must be informed within 7 days of receipt by either e-mail office@westernmicrolights.co.uk or by telephone on 07734 428144 with confirmation in writing there-after. It is in your own interests to check the delivery immediately and notify Powered Adventure of any problems.

Data Protection Act:
The information requested on this site may be used by Powered Adventure to confirm, update and enhance our customer records. Information may also be disclosed and used for fraud detection purposes. In terms of the Data Protection Act you are entitled to a copy of all your personal data held by us on computer on payment of a small fee.
Title:
Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid for in full. The responsibility and risk in the Goods shall pass to the buyer at the point of delivery and Powered Adventure shall have no responsibility in respect of the safety of the goods thereafter.

Security of Credit Card Payment Options:
At the point where you confirm and request the purchase by pressing the 'send order' button you will be transferred to a 'SSL' secure sockets server. Any details that are received by this server will be encrypted by 1028 bit technology before being e-mailed to Powered Adventure . You will know when you are sending secure information as the top bar in your browser will read "https: the 's' standing for secure. Your browser may also indicate this by showing an unbroken key or locked padlock in the bottom corner.

Law:
All contracts by Powered Adventure for the sale of the goods shall be deemed in all respects to be contracts made, performed and contracted according to English Law.

Value Sets:
Where customers have purchased "Value Sets" as promoted on the Powered Adventure website, each item which comprise the set are covered individually. Where an item is deemed to be faulty, the individual item in question should only be returned and not the full value set. Powered Adventure reserves the right not to accept back the full value set and to verify the item is faulty.
